Please note-- this is a hybrid role where team members are required to work onsite 4 days per week in their downtown Toronto office.

Must Haves:

1. 10+ years of work experience working within AML and Compliance teams, preferably in a branch or compliance related field.
2. Experience leading a team of 4+ Analysts within an AML/Compliance environment.
3. Undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or Law.

Nice to Haves:

1. CAMS certification is an asset.
2. Chinese language skills with work proficiency is an asset.
