Job summary

Acestack in Toronto, ON is seeking an experienced AJO Senior Developer to lead design, implementation, and support of omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development and MarTech implementation.
• 3+ years hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions.
• Build and manage complex omnichannel customer journeys across web, mobile, and other touchpoints.
• Configure mobile and web journeys, events, actions, conditions, and journey orchestration.
• Implement Profile and Audience Management capabilities within Adobe Experience Platform.
• Develop event-driven marketing automation solutions to support personalized customer experiences.
• Integrate Adobe solutions with CRM, Analytics, CDP, and customer data platforms.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, data, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable MarTech solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of AJO solutions.
• Apply Adobe best practices for data management, journey orchestration, personalization, and customer engagement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer journey and marketing automation capabilities.
