We are hiring an experienced Senior Aviation Project Manager with the following skills :

• Perform senior project management services across design, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and closeout phases of complex airport facilities projects.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural, engineering, and systems elements of airport and support facility projects.
• Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, construction, testing, and turnover of airport facilities (including airport, community, and government stakeholders).
• Experience in developing new buildings on existing sites and within constrained construction environments is desirable.
• Lead design and / or construction teams in delivering large infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, including risk and change management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for managing project contracts.
• Oversee the project team during all phases, including demolition, temporary facilities, phased construction, and infrastructure development.
• Ensure timely communication between project teams, stakeholders, and owners.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Broad technical and business background.
• Ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and be hands-on technically.
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Proven management skills with excellent communication abilities.
