Parsons is now hiring an experienced Senior Aviation Design Manager with the following skills set:

1. Knowledge of the specific regulatory requirement applicable to the design of an airport terminal building.
2. Knowledge of the architectural, engineering, and systems elements of airports infrastructure and supporting facilities.
3. Demonstrable establishment of collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, and construction of airport facilities (airport, community, and government).
4. Minimum 10 years of experience in the management of project design including significant time at large airports.
5. Experience in the design development of new/expanded facilities while maintaining operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical/business field.
2. 15+ years of related experience is required.
3. Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background.
4. Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands-on technically in the project.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.
6. Incumbent must meet Parsons' project management certification requirements.
7. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
