Qualifications

• Five+ years of software project management experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of AI product development or game development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive major AI R&D initiatives in collaboration with the AI Director.
• Bridge East Coast and Europe time zones across teams and projects.
• Form high-performing, self-organizing teams with clear goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and unblock delivery to improve cadence.
• Manage AI initiatives with balance of scope, resources and schedule.
• Foster external partnerships and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
