What You’ll Do

• Recognized as a technical expert with deep expertise in your discipline and broad knowledge across related areas.

• Solve unique, high-impact problems across multiple products or business lines.

• Lead innovation strategies, processes, and best practices within internal technical teams.

• Influence direction and resource allocation for programs or services.

• May manage one or more project teams, including specialists and technical support.

• Participate in structuring production AI workloads, including best practices, pipeline controls, and model deployment monitoring.

• Lead research, design, and development of AI solutions aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.

• Develop tools and processes to monitor model performance in production and support collaboration with data scientists and business leads.

• Present and share research on models and methodologies with peers and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with developers, business leaders, and data scientists to integrate findings into analysis and reporting.

• Contribute to a center of excellence for data science, sharing best practices and innovations.

• Lead the rollout of AI projects and implementation of new tools and processes with production accountability.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience (PhD is an asset).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data science or computer engineering.

• At least 1 year of experience building Generative AI solutions.

• Proficient in multiple programming languages with the ability to code independently.

• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake is a plus.

• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

• Skilled in managing production data science pipelines and deploying models.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
