Job summary

Aduna Global is building the AI & Data team; you’ll be among the first engineers reporting to the Head of Engineering. This hands-on role designs, builds, and runs AI systems in production, shaping how AI fits into the platform.

You’ll own production MCP server, build internal AI tooling and data/ML pipelines on AWS or Azure, and operate on a Kubernetes-based platform with robust auth, monitoring, and observability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role designing, building and running AI systems in production.
• Experience designing, shipping and operating LLM and agent-based services on Kubernetes platform.
• Package everything as code: Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, CI/CD; Git-based workflow.
• Work on data and ML pipelines behind analytics products on AWS or Azure.

• Own the production MCP server: tool definitions over CAMARA APIs, per-agent identity, risk-tiered access, threat model and anomaly detection.
• Package everything as code: Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, CI/CD; If it is not in Git it does not exist.
• Contribute to open source and standards work around agentic access to network APIs.
• Write short design documents, review code, mentor engineers from other teams.

The role

We are building the AI & Data team. You join as one of its first engineers and you report to the Head of Engineering. This is a hands‑on role. You design, build and run AI systems in production, and you shape how AI fits into the platform.

Three things are on the table for the first year:

• Take our MCP server from proof of concept to product. AI agents will consume network APIs the same way apps do today. You build the server, the agent registration and trust model, the guardrails and the observability that go with it.
• Build the internal AI tooling our engineering and service teams use every day: code assistant and assistants over our documentation, Jira and SharePoint, automation of repetitive work, and the evaluation harness that tells us whether any of it is worth keeping.
• Build and operate the data and ML pipelines behind our analytics products and platform signals on AWS or Azure.

What you’ll do
