Job summary

Jobgether in Canada is seeking a Senior AI Developer to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions for enterprise workflows. You will own AI architectures, build end-to-end pipelines, and integrate AI into practical backends and data pipelines in a fully remote role across Canada.

You will work with Python, Azure, and modern AI tools to create document processing, semantic search, and generation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and deploying AI-powered software and production-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on Python development skills and experience building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI system architectures, including agent-based systems, and implement their core components in production-ready code.
• Build, test, maintain, and continuously improve retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including GraphRAG and emerging RAG approaches.

This is a hands-on senior engineering opportunity focused on designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions for complex enterprise workflows.
You’ll work at the intersection of AI architecture, backend engineering, data pipelines, and real-world product delivery.
The role offers the opportunity to take ideas from initial design through working code, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
