Job summary

CSC Generation is building AI-native creative production across its brands. As Senior AI Creative Automation Lead, you will design workflows, personally generate production-grade assets, and establish the operating system for creative automation used by growth teams across paid, ecommerce, and brand channels.

You will ship photoreal, commercially usable AI creative into live environments, stand up repeatable variant-generation and testing workflows, and drive high-throughput output while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative production, performance creative, design systems, automation, or AI-enabled content workflows.
• Demonstrated real AI workflows, not just experiments.
• High-quality imagery, motion, and brand execution.
• Hands-on with generative image, video, and copy tools including prompts and QA.
• Experience supporting creative testing for paid media or growth channels.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native workflows for image, video, copy, resizing, QA, approvals, and deployment across portfolio brands.
• Personally create and refine assets across channels with speed and quality.
• Establish prompt structures, model-selection logic, and QA standards for repeatable systems.
• Generate creative variants for testing across Meta, display, email, landing pages, and growth surfaces.
• Partner with performance marketing and growth teams to connect output to testing plans and readouts.
• Build segmentation-aware variant workflows tailoring angles, formats, hooks, or offers to audiences while respecting guardrails.
• Push for photoreal, premium output and choose AI-only, hybrid, or traditional approaches as needed.
• Help train internal teams on how to use AI creative production in practice.
