Amazon’s Annapurna Labs unit seeks a Sr. Software Development Manager for the AWS Neuron compiler team. You will lead a group of compiler engineers, drive development and deployment of optimizations, and partner with ML services teams to push pre-silicon innovations for Inferentia and Trainium.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 8+ years of working directly within engineering teams.
• 6+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience demonstrating software engineering skills in a previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications, or experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications and experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
