Your mission is to build your own roster by connecting with athletes you want to work with, helping them unlock commercial revenue opportunities, and facilitating standout brand collaborations and partnerships. Scope of Work

1. Identify and sign key players in sports, media, and entertainment that align with our standards.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to amplify your athletes’ visibility, social media presence, and personal brands.
3. Meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs by driving commercial opportunities.
4. Grow existing revenue streams and explore new possibilities.
5. Lead negotiations and execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships, advocating for your athletes.
6. Develop personalized branding strategies and social media growth plans.
7. Assist in onboarding athletes into the Dulcedo family.
8. Collaborate with team members on projects to boost athlete success and partnerships.
9. Attend industry events and meetings to build connections and stay trend-aware.

Your Profile

1. 3-5 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience, with success in marketing, sponsorship, or events sales, preferably managing athletes or through PR and sports marketing.
2. Experience working directly with athletes, with strong relationship-building skills.
3. Established connections in PR, sports media, and marketing sectors for strategic partnerships.
4. Good understanding of the sports industry landscape and trends.
5. Ability to identify high-potential athletes and create strategic opportunities.
6. Proficiency with social media tools, platforms, and analytics.
7. Ability to review contracts to protect talent interests.
8. Flexibility to adapt to market changes, deadlines, and priorities.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse personalities.
10. Passion for the industry, with availability to communicate outside regular hours.
11. Business degree in relevant fields is preferred.
