We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to take full ownership of our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue generation across emerging and established markets, particularly in APAC and LATAM.
This is a strategic role that combines relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate/IB management within the Forex, CFD, or Crypto space, along with a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in the Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and partnership revenue models.
Experience working with or promoting SaaS-based financial solutions is a strong plus.
Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing partner programs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems.
Understanding of regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
Ability to create scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently.
Familiarity with legal frameworks and compliance requirements in partner contracts and promotions.
