Job summary

RBC is seeking a Lead Platform Developer in Toronto to design, develop, and deliver full-stack solutions on AEMaaCS. You will work across backend Java/Sling and frontend layers, configure workflows, and contribute to SDLC processes. Expect on-call production support and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requires 10+ years IT experience, 8+ years in AEM, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid work model in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

10+ years IT experience.
8+ years in Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with AEMaaCS and front-end/back-end integration.
Familiarity with CI/CD and secure coding practices.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to lead large technical teams on delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead projects, implementations, and upgrades across platforms.
Develop and deliver full-stack solutions using AEMaaCS.
Configure AEM workflows, permissions, and content governance.
Collaborate with project teams to define plans and roadmaps.
Develop tests, documentation, and run books for production support.
Provide on-call support and drive architectural decisions.
