Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent, Culture & Development, the Senior Advisor focuses on fostering leadership capacity and advancing employee development, particularly within the Sales team. The role involves partnering with Sales to identify development needs, analyzing talent data, designing tailored learning and onboarding programs, and collaborating with HR and Sales leadership to implement and monitor these initiatives.

Your role includes:

  • Analyzing talent data to develop strategic development plans.
  • Creating learning journeys, content, and tools for onboarding and upskilling.
  • Developing communication strategies to support development initiatives.
  • Partnering with HR and Sales teams to implement and oversee programs.
  • Reinforcing corporate culture and acting as an ambassador.
  • Contributing to leadership program strategies.
  • Collaborating with external providers and monitoring project progress.
  • Building trusted relationships with HR and internal clients.
  • Continuously updating expertise and improving team practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or sales training design and delivery.
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner in a complex environment.
  • Organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management.
  • University degree in training, organizational development, or related field; master's preferred.
  • 8-10 years of organizational development experience in a large organization.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and survey tools.
  • Strong influencing skills without direct authority.
  • Knowledge of project management and organizational development.
