As a senior project management advisor, you will direct material, time, IT, and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include analyzing project feasibility and opportunities, developing action plans, defining milestones, and coordinating project teams. You will lead and influence development projects and strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring coordination among stakeholders. Your role requires extensive knowledge, analytical skills, and interpersonal savvy, serving as an advisor, subject matter expert, and coach for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives
2. Develop and update policies, standards, and models to support strategic projects
3. Identify and analyze major issues, making recommendations to decision-making bodies
4. Represent your unit before senior management and decision-making bodies
5. Negotiate and enter into agreements with external partners
