As a senior purchasing and procurement advisor, you help finalize contractual agreements with the organization’s partners for the purchase and rental of goods and services. You procure the products required for operations by planning and coordinating with suppliers. You may be responsible for one or more sub-specialties, such as the strategic sourcing and procurement of goods and services, asset management, contract and partnership management, inventory and restocking, outsourced service management, and governance. You lead development projects and strategic initiatives that are complex and innovative. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your specialty area.
