What To Expect

Reporting to the AVP, PI Operational Planning & Analysis, the Senior Advisor, Personal Insurance, Strategic Operations will work closely with the Personal Insurance senior leadership team to :

  • Support the day-to-day execution of business strategy, including management of leadership team meetings and execution of strategic planning sessions and offsites
  • Support the coordination and program management of strategic initiatives and projects
  • Lead and manage the development of internal and external presentations, communications, and other reports as it relates to Personal Insurance
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports on a timely manner to all queries from stakeholders, as required
  • Support ad hoc requests, include liaising across teams to track initiatives, gather information, and support from a project management perspective
  • Act as a Personal Insurance liaison across the broader enterprise, to answer questions, connect stakeholders, and provide subject matter expertise
  • Support adherence to governance processes, and update and refine governance structures as necessary

What You Bring

  • University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related program
  • 6+ years of relevant, full-time experience in management consulting or similar role
  • Knowledge and experience with P&C insurance would be an asset
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required.
  • Proven record of analytical expertise and excellent attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication / presentation skills and ability to interact with senior executives and other cross divisional leaders in the organization
  • An ability to make to make well-informed, effective, and timely decisions
  • Ability to work in a team or independently with moderate supervision
  • Self-motivated and consistently demonstrates an ability to take initiative on any issue
  • An ability to adapt to new environments and take on new challenges

Salary range is : $87,400 - $161,000

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in various incentive plans which are paid out at the discretion of the company and subject to individual and company performance.
