Join Our Team as a Senior Advisor Marketing – Integration & Implementation. Are you a strategic marketing professional ready to lead high-impact initiatives across diverse regions? We’re looking for a Senior Advisor, Marketing to join our Marketing Integration and Implementation Department, supporting the Ontario, Atlantic, and Western Regions. In this influential role, you’ll be at the forefront of executing our annual marketing plan, driving tactical activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.   • Establish credibility and foster strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including marketing teams, technical experts, data analysts, and senior leaders, to drive alignment and collaboration

  • Demonstrate strategic agility and innovative thinking to solve complex marketing challenges within a dynamic, cross-functional environment

  • Craft and deliver high-impact presentations that translate data and insights into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations for diverse audiences

  • Champion accountability across marketing functions, ensuring consistent adherence to the marketing plan, brand positioning, and key messaging

  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, operating independently and decisively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a strong bias for action

  • Lead the development and execution of tactical marketing plans, monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives and aligning KPIs with broader business objectives

  • Apply advanced project management skills to oversee the end-to-end implementation of campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budget parameters

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, track progress of initiatives, and support the development of performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure success

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience orchestrating large-scale marketing activities (Marketing plan and execution)

  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec

  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

  • Expert knowledge in marketing principles and practices

  • Intermediate knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance for the Quebec Market
