THE JOB : Senior Advisor, JCC Impact Guide (12 Month Contract)
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range : $102,720- $128,400
TheSenior Advisor, JCC Impact Guidewill play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of the JCC Impact Guide, a strategic framework developed to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of Joint Collaborative Committees (FPSC, SSC, Shared Care, and the Joint Standing Committee on Rural Issues). Reporting to the Executive Vice President of the JCCs, the Senior Advisor will develop and execute both short-term and long-term implementation plans for the Guide in collaboration with the JCC Measurement and Evaluation Working Group, an external consultant, and the committees themselves. This includes identifying pilot programs for early adoption, facilitating robust feedback loops, and refining the framework to ensure it aligns with committee goals and partner needs.
The Senior Advisor will also be responsible for developing templates, tools, and resources to support the Guide's integration across all JCC teams. They will lead internal and external engagement efforts, providing regular updates to the JCC Co-Chairs. With a mandate to guide quality improvement and drive cultural readiness for change, the Senior Advisor will help shape how the JCCs evaluate impact and success in supporting physician-led health care transformation across British Columbia.

Master’s Degree or PhD in a closely related field and minimum of seven years of related work experience in evaluations.Experience in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.Experience managing evaluation, research, or analytical projects.Expertise in, and mastery of, program evaluation and quality improvementExcellent writing skills and proven ability to develop clear concise and comprehensive evaluation reports, briefing notes, and presentations for diverse audiences.Strategic and tactical problem-solving approaches, and ability to convert strategic objectives into tangible action plans and results.Experience in knowledge translation and / or supporting learning in organizations.Fundamental knowledge of the organization and its interrelated components within the BC healthcare system.Excellent judgment in setting priorities, proactively identifying issues and determining action required when working under pressure and deadlines.Proven ability to work with diverse groups of individuals who have varying interests.Experience working with external consultants on analytical projects is an asset.Superior interpersonal, oral communication and relationship management skills.Must be willing to work remotely in a distributed work environment, travel occasionally as required and work outside regular business hours on occasion.Doctors of BC thanks all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be notified.
