A leading financial organization seeks a Senior Advisor in Federal Compliance and Client Experience to enhance regulatory engagement with client partners. This role involves developing compliance strategies, leading federal initiatives, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships in a dynamic financial landscape. We specialize in white-label credit card programs tailored for Canadian credit unions, helping them serve both consumer and commercial members more effectively. As a senior advisor, Federal Compliance and Client Experience at Collabria, you will be responsible for leading Collabria's federal program in support of our federally regulated credit union partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Client Experience Officer, you will provide expert guidance, developing compliance strategies in collaboration with Collabria's federally regulated partners, and engaging cross-functional teams within Collabria to execute on the action plans. You will also support business development, client program governance and client experience initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the federally regulated financial services environment, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex compliance relationships with clients.
