Job Overview

The Senior Advisor, Digital Strategy and Performance is responsible for enhancing business strategies by studying client behavior, measuring digital solutions' success, and providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis. This role involves leading stakeholder engagement, managing complex initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert on cybermetrics and user behavior to influence organizational digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop best practices for measuring digital initiatives and advise teams on strategy improvements.
  2. Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and reports on client behavior to influence decision-making.
  3. Define and implement tools and plans for measuring web and digital performance across sectors.
  4. Assist teams in understanding analytics needs and setting performance objectives for innovative projects.
  5. Monitor trends, identify improvement opportunities, and establish web analytics and cybermetrics practices.
