Nutrien's Culture & Employee Experience function is dedicated to enhancing the entire employee journey within our organization. As a Senior Advisor, Culture & Employee Experience, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing internal employee experience strategies, focusing on improving organizational culture and employee engagement. Key responsibilities will include understanding the evolving needs of our employees, designing and delivering truly engaging experiences, measuring the impact of all EX initiatives, and driving internal communication in order to build a strong employee brand. This role involves project management as well as sustaining and continuous improvement of ongoing initiatives to deliver an employee experience program that drives talent and business outcomes.
