Leading global cost, project management and risk advisory firm has an immediate opening for a Senior Advisor - Cost Control position within the Cost Planning division in Toronto ON. Salary range is $100,000 - $140,000. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.

Critical to your successful application will be a commitment to team work, continuouslearningand flexibilityin undertaking a broad range of assignments. Experience working in a Construction Management for Fee, Owners Representative or Consultant QS role is highly desirable.
You will havetertiaryqualification in a relevant field (cost control, project management, project controls, quantity surveying, engineering, supply chain management, purchasing or real estate) and professional accreditation with an industry body (preferably the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Project Management Institute or local equivalent).
