Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the successful deployment of the Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy and for supporting the development and implementation of ESG reporting processes in close collaboration with the Finance team.

Responsibilities
Work in synergy with the rest of the Corporate Responsibility team (Leader, Senior Director and Senior Advisor) to deploy the CR strategy, with emphasis on ESG reporting processes.
Ensure continuous monitoring of sustainability strategy.
Work closely with the Finance team as well as internal colleagues who contribute to the CR strategy in order to disclose the ESG information required by the various standards to which Transat complies :
Mobilize internal stakeholders and external partners on all sustainability strategy issues ( accessibility, ESG disclosure, decarbonization, responsible procurement, sustainable travel, etc.).
