Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a closely related advisory environment.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or Financial Planner (Pl. Fin.) designation.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning software, particularly Conquest Planning.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Extensive knowledge of financial planning methodologies, wealth management strategies, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and guide advisors and financial planners in the effective use of current and future financial planning tools, including Conquest Planning.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain financial planning processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance advisor effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with investment advisors and financial planners to promote industry best practices and high professional standards.
• Participate in financial planning supervision and compliance activities, including reviewing client files and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support the team responsible for the preparation and delivery of retirement planning reports and retirement plans.
• Review, update, and enhance client-facing and advisor-facing guidance materials, tools, and educational resources.
