  • Hands-on experience with market analysis, benchmarking, salary reviews, incentive plans, and job evaluation
  • Consulting experience with employees and leaders, managing confidential information tactfully
  • A strategic approach to addressing business needs while ensuring fairness
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills across organizational levels
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Analytical skills with research and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Total Rewards strategy and program integration
