Are you a strategic communicator with a creative edge and a passion for engaging people through powerful messaging? Join a dynamic team where your expertise will help shape internal communications and drive meaningful change across the organization.

Reporting to the Manager, Internal Communications, you’ll play a key role in crafting impactful content aligned with our culture and priorities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, develop strategic messaging, and contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and implement communication plans that support the organization’s goals and priorities.
  • Write, design, and distribute a variety of content (emails, newsletters, intranet, videos, presentations, social media, and events).
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and alignment of all communications.
  • Advise leaders on communication strategies and execution.
  • Contribute to the evolution of communication tools, including the intranet redesign.
  • Support the video communication strategy and internal event planning.
  • Help implement the social media strategy.
  • Collaborate on other strategic communication initiatives as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and a drive for excellence.
  • Strong collaboration skills, intellectual curiosity, and organizational awareness.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Adobe Premiere, Office 365, Canva, Copilot).
  • Team spirit, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
