CHALLENGE

Reporting to the Collection Center Coordinator, the Senior Advisor is in charge of collections activities for personal credit (consumer and mortgage), as well as corporate credit collections. He/she is responsible for implementing recovery plans for individual customers. He/she also acts as a reference and support; as well as a coach to the other members of the Collection Center team.

REQUIREMENTS

The person we are looking for has a degree in administration or a related field, and two (2) years' experience in credit collection. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as fluency in both official languages, are essential. Certification in personal and mortgage credit, as well as a course in commercial credit, would be an asset. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of IT tools used by UNI. Equivalent training and experience will be considered.
