  • Co-create bespoke strategies and ensure seamless implementation with our internal teams.
  • Engage in strategic reviews to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Grow the business

  • Bring the right people to the table to deliver outstanding results.
  • Be the trusted voice that drives both retention and acquisition.

Lead by example

  • Mentor and collaborate across teams.
  • Elevate service standards and ensure we’re always delivering with excellence.
  • Consistently contribute to new ideas, new clients, and new wins.

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years in financial services, consulting, or professional services with a flair for business development
  • CPA, CFA, CLU, TEP or legal experience in corporate structuring (In-Depth Tax course is a bonus)
  • Understanding of the Canadian insurance landscape and estate planning strategies
  • Strong relationship management background—you know how to grow and retain a book
  • A tech-savvy mindset with advanced MS Office skills

What Sets You Apart

  • Natural communicator and presenter—especially when the content is technical
  • Strategic thinker with judgment that extends beyond your task list
  • Sense of urgency with a focus on results
  • Collaborative team player who brings out the best in others
  • Obsessed with delivering value—every time
