Job description
Overview

This role handles all administration with respect to pension contribution planners, preparation of regulatory reports, letters of credit and quality control. Must be able to manage large amounts of data, respond to inquiries and collect outstanding information from stakeholders in order to prepare accurate regulatory reports. Adheres to all policies, procedures, guidelines and service delivery timelines. This role collaborates with various internal teams including client management and compliance. They also communicate with external parties such as OSFI and financial institutions issuing letters of credit. The role requires familiarity with Federal/Provincial pension regulations and OSFI foreign insurance reporting requirements.

What will you do?
  • Collect contribution planners and prepare outstanding planner report according to the established schedule
  • Enter and/or upload pension contribution data into the system and keep information current
  • Perform data analysis for completeness / accuracy prior to running reports and follow up with relevant stakeholders as required
  • Prepare various federal and provincial regulatory reports according to the established schedule and ensure accuracy prior to submission
  • Responding to inquiries from regulator and / or RBC Compliance team in a timely, complete and accurate manner
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist leadership with documentation of procedures, training and other duties as required
