With continued growth and global expansion, we’re looking to add aSenior Administrative & Marketing Assistantto support our Vice President and international marketing operations. Based at our Winnipeg location, this role blends administrative precision with creative coordination—perfect for someone who thrives on variety and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is approximately 60% administrative and 40% marketing coordination:

Administrative Support

  • Organize and coordinate trade shows and conferences, including booking, materials, and shipping
  • Manage international document preparation (including FDA and USDA requirements)
  • Handle courier shipments for product samples and promotional materials
  • Maintain CRM lists of customers, prospects, and growers
  • Provide general administrative support to the VP and coordination support to the team

Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with our external marketing agencies on campaigns, branding, and website updates
  • Coordinate website content across three regional websites, including uploading research abstracts and technical news updates
  • Support promotional and advertising efforts in multiple languages
  • Write and format technical content and email communications (news blasts, research updates)
  • Liaise with designers and artists to ensure the right assets are being used and correctly implemented

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable balancing multiple tasks and priorities
  • A natural collaborator who communicates well across teams and agencies

Your Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing and/or administrative coordination role
  • Comfortable working on-site and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with WordPress and basic website CMS use
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp is a strong asset
  • Background or interest in agriculture is a bonus—but not required
