The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range : $51,360 - $64,200
Reporting to the Vice President, Specialist Services Committee, the Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative support to the VP, Specialist Services Committee and other team members as needed, Specialist Services Committee related meetings with physicians and external partners, and other related initiatives and projects as required.The Senior Administrative Assistant is expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills as they will compose and edit internal and external correspondence, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and prepare meeting documents such as minutes, agenda, and presentations.The role will require someone who has strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner, outstanding attention to detail, a high-level of confidentiality, political acumen and relationships skills to communicate with team members and external stakeholders.
