  • Prepare materials, attend meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize client data from secure sources to keep teams informed.
  • Manage multiple inboxes, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Coordinate travel, events, venue bookings, and expenses.
  • Support operational needs and ad hoc assignments with a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Special Projects : Support operational needs and ad hoc assignments with a solutions-oriented approach

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Discretion, professionalism, and high integrity
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and navigate ambiguity
  • This hybrid role is based in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada
