The incumbent is responsible for the daily administration and processing activities supporting Residential Real Estate Secured Lending Operations, in accordance with Laurentian Bank of Canada’s standards, policies, procedures, and established service level agreements (SLAs). The incumbent will also support and respond to inquiries from internal and external partners regarding products administered within the department, provide subject matter expertise on departmental projects and initiatives, and maintain and update operational reports.

Responsibilities
  • Process all transactions related to existing mortgage accounts, including both financial and non‑financial activities such as mortgage payouts and discharge processing.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with established service standards.
  • Maintain optimal productivity levels.
  • Process, balance, reconcile, verify, and correct data related to mortgage administration activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients and partners, or escalate them as appropriate, while delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Recommend and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Remain current on all applicable policies, procedures, and operational updates.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned by the manager or required by the role.
