This is a vital role that combines high-level administrative responsibilities with day-to-day accounting functions, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the executive team, managing schedules, communications, and office organization
  • Handle full-cycle accounts payable and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly visa reconciliations and allocate expenses accordingly
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and month-end reporting
  • Monitor and analyze company investments and provide relevant reporting
  • Develop and maintain efficient and organized filing systems for both digital and paper records
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
  • Manage competing deadlines, shifting priorities, and confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in a combined senior administrative and accounting support role
  • Proven experience supporting executive-level leadership and managing office operations
  • Strong background in bank reconciliations, accounts payable, financial reporting, and credit card allocations
  • Experience analyzing and monitoring business investments is a strong asset
  • Highly proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
