As the Senior Actuarial Consultant, you will support the reserving side of Corporate Actuarial. You will collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and lead complex projects to ensure the reserve adequacy of property and casualty (P&C) lines of business.

  • Contribute to regulatory and strategic reserving analyses using actuarial models, data sources, and programming languages.
  • Lead and support the refinement, maintenance, and documentation of reserving practices through process improvements and software integration.
  • Analyze business needs, research data sources, and design innovative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Build and implement project plans, perform peer reviews, and guide team members.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
  • Communicate complex actuarial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
