Qualifications

  • 5+ years of actuarial or data science experience in the insurance industry.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with model governance and analytics deployment is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the analytics strategy and roadmap for underwriting analytics.
  • Collaborate with business partners on GI Journey roadmap, underwriting ops, and strategy.
  • Track and evaluate model performance and outcomes.
  • Provide innovative business solutions using modeling, analytics, and AI.
  • Serve as SME on underwriting projects and translate insights for executives.
