Primex Investments Ltd. in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our head office on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will oversee AP/AR activities, manage the AP team, and ensure accurate financial records across a multi-entity portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in AP, hands-on experience with Microsoft D365, and a proven track record of process improvements and automation within property management.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with property management, development, and construction industry understanding of job costing
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft D365
• Experience overseeing 20+ accounts in a complex structure
• Prior involvement in automation/process improvement
• Familiarity with PST and GST (asset)
• Strong English communication and numeracy skills
• Self-motivated and team oriented

Mansioni

• Oversee AR and AP across a large multi-entity portfolio.
• Lead the AP team with training and guidance.
• Oversee monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
• Contribute to development and updating of financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in annual budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate audits and provide AP documentation.
• Drive AP automation and process improvements.
