A leading construction company in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator to manage financial transactions and support the AP team. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, collaborating with project teams, and resolving transactional issues. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This position offers a hybrid work model.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator serves as a key contributor within the Accounts Payable (AP) team, providing support and informal guidance on high-risk, urgent, and escalated AP matters. In this role you are responsible for the effective coordination and resolution of exceptions, escalations, and sensitive transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and promoting operational efficiency across the organization. Working with a limited degree of supervision, you will collaborate with project teams to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of payment data.
$49,200- $67,650 Annual
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
