We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller to lead our finance function during a critical stage of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and based in our Vancouver office, you will own our global accounting operations, drive financial reporting and compliance, and act as a key business partner across the organization.
This is a broad leadership role that combines hands-on accounting with financial planning, analysis, and operational support. You will manage our US, Canadian, and German entities, oversee external accounting partners, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. In addition, you will support the CEO and leadership team with budgets, financial analysis, and operational decision-making. You will also provide lightweight operations and people support, including coordination with external providers and development of scalable processes that enable a growing workforce. Over time, you will build an internal team and expand the finance and people operations functions to support a scaling enterprise SaaS business.
