Job summary

ComptaFinance, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support finance operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves handling bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement preparation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will manage general ledger activities, reconcile bank accounts, and support accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and cash management. Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software is essential, as is attention to detail and multitasking

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and business administration.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger and journal entries.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare trial balance and bank reconciliations.
• Review deposits, withdrawals, and cash transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare payroll and invoice clients.
• Collect payments from debtors and manage cash.
