We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst who is detail-oriented, a team player, and committed to providing high-quality support. If you are motivated by being part of the success of a fast-paced and growing organization, you may be the one we are looking for.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including the preparation of financial statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and handle processes such as monthly bank reconciliations and periodic GST / PST filings for various legal entities.
  • Prepare and coordinate all government / regulatory filings and audits.
  • Handle cheque issuance, bank wires, and payments (AP cycle).
  • Perform daily verification / reconciliation and maintenance of investment portfolio transactions on our software platform.
  • Support monthly reconciliation of all brokerage accounts in the investment portfolio.
  • Participate in budget forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all documents and files of legal entities.
  • Participate in ERP implementation and continuous process improvement.
  • Leverage technology, including AI tools, to automate processes.
