Job summary

DMCL LLP is seeking a Senior Accountant/Supervisor Private Enterprise to join our Victoria office. You will support the delivery of compilation, review, and audit engagements, prepare financial statements and tax filings, and contribute as a key member serving private-sector clients.

You will work closely with Partners and Senior Managers across industries, gaining exposure to leadership styles and technical challenges.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public practice experience, ideally with private enterprise clients.
• CPA designated.
• Experience preparing and reviewing compilation and review engagements, corporate and personal tax returns, and completing year-end working papers.
• Strong communication skills and team-first mindset; mentoring junior staff.
• Willingness to work in-office 4–5 days per week.

About the role

We’re currently looking for a Senior Accountant/Supervisor Private Enterprise to join our Victoria office. In this role, you will support the delivery of compilation, review, and audit engagements, prepare financial statements and tax filings, and act as a key contributor in serving a diverse portfolio of private-sector clients.

You will work closely with supportive Partners and Senior Managers across a variety of industries, gaining exposure to different leadership styles, client types, and technical challenges. This team values mentorship, collaboration, and continuous development — you’ll be surrounded by colleagues working toward their CPA, with opportunities to both learn from others and coach junior staff. How you’ll make a difference
