Airswift is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 9-month fixed-term assignment in Calgary, AB. The role involves supporting the Marketing Business Unit with IFRS accounting interpretations, MTM valuations, and financial reporting under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have CPA designation, 7+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with RightAngle, SAP, and BPC. A strong emphasis on internal controls and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualificações

• CPA designation and external audit experience preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in marketing accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience with IFRS and accounting policy interpretation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP experience with RightAngle, SAP and BPC is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and memos, including MTM valuations, variance analysis, and disclosures.
• Liaise with stakeholders to apply accounting policies to marketing contracts and transactions.
• Ensure internal controls compliance for all accounting procedures and financial reporting.
• Participate in ad hoc projects, audits, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Develop strong cross-unit relationships and maintain open communication across business units.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
