Job summary

KIT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting & Consolidation to join a multi-entity operation in Etobicoke. You will own the consolidated financial reporting, intercompany eliminations, and IFRS accounting, collaborating with finance teams across entities.

Ideal candidate has Big 4 audit background, IFRS expertise, CPA designation or near completion, and strong Excel skills to support COGS, intercompany reconciliations, and audit PBC processes.

Qualifications

• Big 4 audit experience and IFRS knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations and FX translations.
• Coordinate month-end reporting with domestic and international teams.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation tracking.
• Support GST/HST and PST/RST filings and IFRS 9/16 accounting.
• Own intercompany reconciliation process and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead audit PBC process and respond to auditor requests.
• Review general ledger and mentor junior staff.
