Your role :

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and relevant supporting schedules.
• Providing accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.
• Completing procedures for general accounting functions such as bank reconciliations, statistical and account analysis, inventory observations, and depreciation schedule updates.
• Preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns.
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Managing multiple client requests efficiently and in a timely manner.

What you bring to the table :

At least 3 years of public accounting experience. CPA Designation or minimally CFE completion.

Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.

Organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines.

Experienced with MS Office, CaseWare and tax return software.

Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with others in teams.

A strong commitment to professional client service excellence.

A high attention to detail.
