BDO Canada LLP's Edmonton office is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Assurance & Accounting team. You will own audit tasks, prepare year-end engagements and tax returns for clients across industries, and perform audits with working papers and financial statements prepared to regulatory standards.
You will build strong client relationships, communicate progress with the team, and contribute to staff training and development, upholding BDO's Integrity, Respect and Collaboration values.
Our Edmonton office is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Assurance & Accounting team and own the following responsibilities:

You have completed your CPA designation or are in the process of completion.
You have 2-3 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry.
You enjoy working with high growth and dynamic private and publicly-listed enterprises.
You are keen to develop further knowledge about the business, assurance and regulatory requirements of publicly-listed entities and private businesses.
You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
