Job summary

LaSalle Agri Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for multiple companies and entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and internal controls.

The role requires handling intercompany reconciliations, budgeting, and close processes in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions, overseeing payroll, A/R, A/P, and cash flow.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping for multiple companies & related entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
• Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage general ledger entries and month-end close processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow tracking.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Support management with reporting and strategic financial insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 1. Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping for multiple companies & related entities

What We’re Looking For

• 2. CPA designation or equivalent accounting experience considered an asset

Pay: $80,414.32-$120,307.78 per year

Full cycle accounting: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
