About the Position:
The Senior Accountant is a key member of our Finance team, responsible for overseeing assigned financial processes and accounting subsystems, including areas such as accounts receivable, banking operations, treasury, fixed assets, endowments, and pre‑need accounting. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records through reconciliations, reporting, analysis, and compliance activities, while supporting month‑end and year‑end processes. The Senior Accountant works closely with Finance leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, enhance financial controls, and support the organization's operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented accounting professional who combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
