As a small but growing team, we value integrity, professionalism, and building long-term relationships with our clients.We?re currently looking for an experienced *Senior Accountant* to join our team and play a key role in managing client files, providing expert guidance, and mentoring junior staff.*Key Responsibilities** Prepare and review financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns (T1s, T2s, T4s, T5s)* Lead year-end engagements including compilations, reviews, tax planning, and advisory services* Communicate with clients to gather information and provide recommendations* Assist with CRA correspondence, audits, and notice of objections* Support onboarding and training of junior team members* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and client service standards*Qualifications** CPA designation (or in final stages of completion)* 4+ years of public practice accounting experience* Strong understanding of Canadian tax laws and accounting standards for private enterprises (ASPE)* Proficiency with CaseWare, Taxprep, and Microsoft Office Suite* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously* Professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal communication* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small-team environment*What We Offer** Competitive salary based on experience* Work-life balance with paid overtime* Health spending account* Paid professional development and CPA dues* Opportunities for career growth within a supportive and relaxed office cultureJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
